Our stand-alone 20|20 kitchen sits elegantly in this space. We opted for an open galley style kitchen layout optimised for entertaining, which lends itself to the linear proportion of the Orangery. Both the island and wall run were designed to be low level, with no tall units within the main kitchen. This creates an even greater sense of space, and doesn’t detract from the beautiful vaulted ceiling. The island and sink run are perfectly centred with the south facing terrace doors.
Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a compact and functional Pantry area which encompassed a freestanding fridge freezer and bespoke built in larder cupboards.
The interiors of the kitchen cabinets were carefully considered to create a minimal, yet highly functional configuration. This includes a bespoke oak slatted wine drawer, perfect for displaying ambient bottles.
